Return Policy
At Lucy & Harper New York, we strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning them is not allowed.
Return Process

Register your return by contacting info@lucyharpernewyork.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
